Our design process
01. Discover and Define
Your project begins with a Design Exploration Conversation to clarify your goals. When you are ready to move forward, you receive a tailored Project Package outlining scope, inclusions and fees.
02. Site Evaluation and Concept Development
Sally measures and documents each room’s structural details, then explores ideas behind the scenes, researching and refining recommendations to align with your brief.
03. Concepts and Selections
You are presented with two design concepts to help refine your aesthetic direction. With your feedback, Sally develops detailed product selections, offering options for each key specification, such as lighting, flooring or seating.
04. Orders, Installation and Completion
Once selections are approved and paid for, Sally manages purchase orders with trusted suppliers to procure each item. She coordinates delivery and installation of furniture, fixtures and fittings, followed by a final walk-through.
